I had a pretty good experience at this hotel. It’s stylish and clean, with a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The location is great, just a short walk from the Corniche and plenty of dining options. However, the breakfast didn’t quite meet my expectations, and the check-out process was a bit slow.

The guest relations team was exceptional, providing friendly service and checking in on us during our stay, but the internet connection was poorly managed, and some facilities were in need of updates. The location was a highlight, being conveniently close to downtown and the corniche, but I faced several issues that prevented it from being more enjoyable overall.

The hotel is located in a prime area near the waterfront, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. While I loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I encountered issues with the beds being too small and some maintenance problems with the furnishings. Overall, the location is a significant plus, but there are notable cleanliness and service concerns that detract from the experience.
